When you send a booking request, the form collects your name, email, phone number (if given), the session you are interested in, your preferred days and times, and any message you choose to include.
Your details are only used by Melissa to reply to you and arrange your session. They are not sold or shared with anyone else for marketing.
Form submissions are delivered by email and held securely by Webflow, the platform this website runs on. Details are kept only for as long as they are needed.
